The "Catholicism" DVD package has been checked out of the library and is being seen. There is a training to be a facilitator for the series in Stevens Point coming up in later in January.

Lenten Planning Spiritualizing food as part of Lent There is a program set up with 6 different sessions Reading, reflection, consumption, sharing food, discussion and prayer. Gathering at nightly meals as families Discuss fasting and abstaining Action steps for following Put in the bulletin Encourage people at their family meals share a prayer to have an awareness of what we are eating and why we do fast Our bodies are temples from God and we should treat them in such a way to respect our bodies We did something similar 2 years ago Sr Jane Chittister - 'The Gift of Years'
